Alexandra (Al for short) is a creative soul who works through many different mediums.
Al has worked under various successful and talented mentors over her career. She completed a specialized 6 month course for hair design in Toronto in 2019 and has since brought her skillset back home and created her own niche here in Winnipeg. With many classes & countless hours of specialized training under her belt, she only wants to keep learning & bringing the joy of good hair to more people.

Al’s haircuts are designed to last longer than the average haircut. Her haircuts are for all hair textures, all folks, and include a thorough consultation about your hair texture, styling routine & lifestyle, and long term hair goals to determine what’s best for you. They include a wash, styling & product education, & keeping in mind your natural texture.
Haircuts:
New Client - Long Hair or Transformation (90 mins) … $110
Add 15 mins for thick hair … $15
New long hair clients please book (below the shoulder), or those wanting a transformation ie. long layers to bob, bob to pixie, etc. Incl. a scalp or hair treatment.
New Client - Short Hair (75 mins) … $90
New clients please book (above the shoulder), also a good option for those with finer hair. Incl. a scalp or hair treatment.
Mane-tenance (60 mins) … $72
Add 15 mins for thick hair … $15
Add 15 mins for treatment … $20-30
For existing clients, with mullets, bobs, shag, long layers, and everything in between.
Basics or Dry Cut (45 mins) $55
This is for clipper cuts or minimal scissor work. Wash & styling included.
Dry cut option for long hair. Please come in with clean, naturally styled hair. No wash, minimally styled.
Or an option for fine haired folks, who don’t take as much time styling.
Quick trim (30 mins) $37.50
Option for returning client wanting to clean up their bangs & face frame, undercut cleanup, or a mullet sides clean up.
This service does not include a wash. Minimal styling included.

Bang Trim (15 mins) $18.75
Return clients with pre-existing bangs. A little refresh between appointments. *If you need a face frame refresh as well, please book quick trim.
Colour:
Colour Session “think root touchup or all over gloss” (1.5-2hrs) … $105+
Pop of colour “peek-a-boo or accent of colour (2-2.5hrs) … $130+
Blonding Session “think partial highlights or balayage refresh, not covering everything but hitting all the right spots” (2-2.5hrs) … $130+
Blonding+ Session “think full highlights or balayage” (2.5-3hrs) … $175+
Creative Colour Session “think fashion colours or a colour change, ie. dimensional brown or copper, or leave it in your stylists hands!” (3hrs+) … $175+
*Colour services do not include colour costs (generally ranges between $5-$30) , if extra time is required based on the look, your stylists hourly rate may be added of $80/hr.

How do I know what to book?

Do I have to book a new client option when booking with you for the first time?
Yes! My service menu is designed so I can spend time getting to know you and your hair. Creating a hair design takes time to do and I want to make sure we have the time and space to create
