To help us maintain a green salon and reduce our carbon footprint, we have added a $2 eco fee to every bill $20 and over.
APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT
For the courtesy of our stylists, and clients on the cancellation list, we require a 48-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, Samantha James Hair Design reserves the right to charge 50% of the missed appointment. *For new clients and online booking, a deposit is required and can be refunded with min. 48 hour notice of appointment cancelled or rescheduled. This allows us the opportunity to alert standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best possible service.
